Reno is known as “The Biggest Little City in the World” and often thought of as a place to gamble, grab some great food, or visit the nearby mountains. Historically, Reno was built on family brokenness, a place people would visit to get a quick and easy divorce.
Reno continues to face this brokenness, with mental health needs skyrocketing in the last few years. Washoe County’s suicide rate is double the national average (CDC.gov) and gambling and drug addiction is prevelant throughout the city.
The need for caring and compassionate mental health providers is evident. As a staff, we are committed to providing the Reno and Sparks, NV area with an integrated approach to mental health. We look at the person as a whole and take all aspects of the person into consideration when deciding on the best treatment for your mental health.
