Call 775-827-2400 to book a visit or ask a question. Our office is at 10405 Double R Blvd. in Reno, a short drive from downtown Reno and Sparks. You can also see our clinicians by telehealth from anywhere in Nevada.
Our front desk answers calls Monday to Thursday, 8 AM to 6 PM, and Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM (Pacific Time). We are closed on weekends.

Directions to our office
Our building sits in a professional complex on Double R Boulevard, and the buildings there look alike. These directions take you to the right door.
From downtown Reno
- Take I-580/US-395 South and exit at South Meadows Parkway.
- Turn left onto South Meadows Parkway, then turn right onto Double R Boulevard.
- Continue south on Double R Boulevard past Professional Circle.
- Take the first right into the professional complex, then the first driveway on your right into the parking lot.
- Memor Health is the second building on your left, at 10405 Double R Blvd.
From Sparks
- Take I-80 West toward Reno, then merge onto I-580/US-395 South.
- Exit at South Meadows Parkway and turn left.
- Turn right onto Double R Boulevard and continue south past Professional Circle.
- Take the first right into the professional complex, then the first driveway on your right into the parking lot.
- Memor Health is the second building on your left, at 10405 Double R Blvd.
From Carson City
- Take I-580/US-395 North toward Reno and exit at South Meadows Parkway.
- Turn right onto Double R Boulevard and continue south past Professional Circle.
- Take the first right into the professional complex, then the first right into the parking lot.

Parking
Parking is free in the lot in front of our building, with accessible spaces near the entrance.
Serving Reno, Sparks, and Northern Nevada
Most people who visit our office live in Reno, Sparks, or elsewhere in Washoe County. Our office is in South Reno, close to I-580, so people coming from Carson City can reach us without driving through downtown.
If the drive is hard to fit into your week, telehealth is an option. Psychiatry visits by video are open to patients who are in Nevada or California at the time of the visit. Online therapy is for patients in Nevada.
