Shannon Libler is a compassionate and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) dedicated to supporting adults of all ages on their journey toward emotional healing, personal growth, and overall well-being. Shannon’s therapeutic approach is holistic, integrative, and deeply rooted in the belief that mind and body are profoundly interconnected.
As a certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP), Shannon specializes in helping clients process and release trauma and chronic stress stored in the body. By incorporating somatic techniques, she guides clients toward deep healing and greater resilience, empowering them to reconnect with their innate vitality.
Shannon is also certified in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), having completed specialized training in psychedelic-assisted modalities. She offers KAP in a safe, supportive environment, using this innovative approach to help clients access breakthroughs in emotional processing, self-awareness, and transformation.
Currently, Shannon is expanding her expertise through ongoing training in Dynamic Attachment Repatterning experience (DARe). This advanced modality allows her to address early attachment wounds and relationship patterns through both neurobiological and somatic perspectives, further enhancing her ability to support clients with complex relational histories.
Whether you are seeking support for trauma, anxiety, depression, or personal development, Shannon provides a warm and nonjudgmental space for healing. Her integrative skill set—including Somatic Experiencing, Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, and attachment-based approaches—enables her to tailor treatment to each individual’s unique needs, helping clients reclaim their sense of purpose and well-being.
Outside of her professional work, Shannon enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking with her dog, and exploring new destinations through travel.
