I am a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with extensive experience in psychopharmacology and integrated mental healthcare. I began my career as an ER nurse and completed my advanced nursing training at Vanderbilt University. I have worked in diverse settings -including inpatient, outpatient clinics, medical liason roles, and women’s shelters. I am dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care for conditions such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. I believe in building strong, supportive relationships with my patients and will work together to create a treatment plan tailored to each individual’s needs. I value a holistic approach to care considering the emotional, physical, and social aspects of wellness. My goal is to empower patients to find balance, resilience, and lasting well being.
