Anna Borson

Anna has spent the last decade as a nurse, working across diverse roles and communities including veterans and Indigenous populations. Those relationships taught her something she’s carried ever since: you are the expert of your own life. Her job isn’t to hand you rote answers, but to walk alongside you in your healing.

This belief led her to psychiatric mental health care, and to a simple conviction: people deserve to be treated as whole people, not just a diagnosis. Now a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and ADHD clinical specialist, Anna brings all of this experience to her work at Memor.

As a mom of young children, she also knows firsthand what it’s like to try to be everything to everyone while quietly losing yourself in the process. She offers real strategies for finding your way back to you. Her approach to your mental well-being is honest, empowering, and judgment-free, with no one-size-fits-all answers.
