“Beauty begins the moment you decide to be yourself” ~ Coco Chanel. Courage, vulnerability, trust, acceptance and compassion are some of the stepping stones you will encounter along the path of self-discovery and healing. Are you someone who is ready for this journey? Are you willing to explore, be courageous and dig deep? If so, then I’d be honored to partner with you.

For over 12 years, I’ve worked in a wide range of mental health settings with children and adults, and have developed a passion for working with women throughout the many life transitions we face, especially motherhood. I’m trained in evidence base practices, and I’ve completed a certificate in perinatal mental health.

If what you’ve read sounds like a good fit, and you’re curious to see what we will be able to discover when working together, let’s make it happen. If anything, my greatest hope is to provide a place where you feel supported and safe while on your path to healing.
