Amanda Prina, LCSW
Amanda Prina LCSW earned her Master’s in Social Work from UNR and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She has been providing psychotherapeutic services to a socio-culturally diverse population of children and adults for eight years. Amanda is honored by the opportunity to be present with her patients during their most poignant life experiences. She believes in supporting her patients in connecting with their authenticity and living their lives with genuine experiential presence. Amanda utilizes mindfulness based psychotherapeutic modalities in treatment and has received comprehensive training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Amanda additionally has experience treating patients who have endured a spectrum of traumatic events utilizing Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) and is available for adults and children ages eight years and up.
