Hypnotherapy is a natural and safe way to make positive changes in your life, the subconscious holds incredible power. Our beliefs, habits and emotions are stored in the subconscious. Sometimes the reason why you do what you do, is based on a memory, a trauma or a significant life event that you may not even remember but your subconscious does.

Have you ever been driving down the road and all of a sudden you think to yourself, “Wow, I don’t even remember driving those last few miles.” That is your subconscious taking over, you know that you drove the last few miles but you just can’t remember them. The subconscious is where memories are stored. Even if you don’t remember, it did happen.

So you wonder how hypnotherapy could possibly help with the changes you would like to make?  Hypnotherapy combines science and art. Hypnosis has been around since mid-1400 and in 1843, James Braid coined the practice as “hypnosis.” Hypnotism is a means to reach the subconscious, by bringing about a deep state of relaxation both physically and mentally. Hypnotized clients are said to show an increased response to suggestions, the ones you chose, that you want to work on.

Hypnosis can dramatically help with improving performance, health, confidence, relationships, overcoming habits, stress reduction, self-discovery, past traumas and so much more. Hypnosis can be defined as a natural yet altered state of mind.  The critical thinking (conscious) is relaxed and selective thinking (subconscious) is open to new suggestions. When you are able to relax and focus, you are more open and responsive to positive suggestions.  It heightens your focus, concentration and awareness, you can focus more intensely on a specific thought or memory, while working through that challenge to create a more fulfilling life.

The subconscious controls our autonomic nervous system, the automatic functions of our body, e.g.: breathing, circulation, digestion and elimination. Since stress and tension can affect all these functions, hypnosis is an effective way towards reestablishing their normal function. You could consult your medical doctor to see if he/she feels hypnotherapy would be beneficial for you. I am always happy to work with the medical providers, psychiatric providers and all others. Life is better, when you’re at your best.

One of the most common questions about hypnosis is, can you make me do or say anything that I don’t want to do or say.  The answer is NO!  Hypnosis cannot make you do anything that is against your morals or ethics.  It is important when you want to make change that you are committed and motivated to change. You are always in control of yourself and only accept my suggestions that will benefit you.

Hypnosis can help in so many areas, where you know you can BE better or DO better. I would really like the opportunity to talk with you and together we can see if the challenges you have are something hypnosis would be beneficial.

Make the choice to awaken your life potential……..you deserve it.
